As I was growing up I always knew what I wanted to do. I remember the days when I was a child and took my mom's bobby pins and curlers and would imagine I was a hairdresser as I styled my father's hair while he sat in his recliner after work.

My name is Nicole and doing hair has always been a part of my life. As I grew up, my grandmother helped me into becoming a Hairdresser. After I graduated high school, I attended the Cosmetology program at Marin's College of Cosmetology in 2001. Even there, my father and mother took part in my interest of doing hair. They would both volunteer to be my models for haircuts and even colors. I graduated from Martin's Cosmetology School in 2002.

Since then I have worked for two well-known hair salons in the Madison area. After passing my manager's test, I started my own business, N.W. Studio, established in October 2010. I complete continuing education classes several times a year to stay up to date with the current styles and trends.

I enjoy knowing that clients can come to me when in need of a new fresh look or to just keep up with their current look, and leave feeling great about themselves.
